I loved how our school year started the day after Labor Day this year! Since our elementary school doesn't have air conditioning (yikes!) it will make for fewer unbearably hot days. My camera/computer are not cooperating, so no pictures yet. They'll be coming shortly....
Here's my menu for the rest of the week:
Tuesday: Lettuce Wraps and Pot Stickers
Wednesday: Stromboli with Spinach Salad and Chips with Fresh Peach Pie for dessert
Thursday: Neighborhood Party
Friday: White Chicken Chili, Romaine Salad and Homemade Bread
Saturday: Mom's night off!
Sunday: Dinner with friends
