I'm eating gluten-free for a few weeks to see if it reduces some inflammation I'm experiencing.  So, planning is a must!  Here's my menu for the week:

Monday:  Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken over Baked Potatoes with a Steamed Broccoli
Tuesday: Speedy Cherry Tomato Sauce with Sausage over Spaghetti Squash  with Green Salad
Wednesday: Carmelized Onion Burgers (family will have buns, I'll have on lettuce)
Thursday: Slow Cooker Korean Tacos with Marinated Cucumbers
Friday: Mom's Night Off :)
Saturday:  Leftovrs
Sunday:  General Conference with family

Monday:  Lettuce Wraps, Coconut Rice and Egg Rolls
Tuesday:  Slowcooker Whole Chicken with Roasted Carrots and Potatoes and Green Salad
Wednesday:  Sheet Pan Chicken and Bacon Fajitas
Thursday:  Spaghetti Squash Carbonara
Friday:  Leftovers
Saturday:  Mom's Night Off :)
