Tuesday:  Honey Lime EnchiladasSouthwest Salad, and Fresh Fruit
Wednesday:   Salisbury Steak with mashed potatoes, oven roasted brussell sprouts and rolls
Thursday:  Brooks cooks--Tomato soup and open-face tuna melts :)
Friday:  Mom's Night Off :)
Saturday:  Spaghetti and Meatballs with Green salad and Cheese Toast
Sunday:  Bacon Mushroom Honey Dijon Chicken with Simple Green Salad and Twice Baked Potatoes

Easter during a pandemic.  Well, the silver lining is that I have all my children living at home and get to make a big Easter feast.  Here's my menu:
