Super busy week ahead.  It will be great spending time with family at my niece's reception.  It's been fun helping prepare their hot chocolate and crepe bar.  Hopefully I'll remember to post pictures of the event.  
Here's my menu for the week:
Monday:  Chicken Noodle Soup (I'm adding all the extra vegetables in my fridge, hope it turns out! with Raisin Bran Muffins
Tuesday:  Chase is doing the cooking today, here's his selection:  Roast, Carrots, Cheese and Cantaloupe
Wednesday:  Turkey, Sauteed Brussel Sprouts, Rolls and Sliced Apples
Thursday:  Blue and Gold Banquet
Friday:  Christine's Reception
Saturday:  Mom's Night Off!
Sunday:  Crockpot Chops with Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans and Homemade Bread

Saturday:  I'm hosting Keaton's 'Sweethearts Dance' Dinner.  Sixteen seventeen year-olds.  I told Keaton it needed to be easy, and quick, so we're doing mock 'Cafe Rio'.
Sunday:  Larson Family Dinner  Grilled Pizza

Sweet Sunday today.  There was a beautiful feeling as Chase was ordained to the office of a Teacher in the Aaronic priesthood.  We loved spending time with good friends, old and new.  We are blessed.
This week's menu:
Monday:  Chicken and Butternut Stew with Mixed Greens and Croissants
Tuesday:  Rice Cooked in Black Beans (sounds boring, but this recipe is spectacular!) This is how I cook my black beans, they are delicious! with Veggie Mix and Cuban Pork Roast
Wednesday:  Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables and Fruit Platter
Thursday:  Apple Chicken Sausage and Endive Salad with Blueberries and Pecans
Friday:  I'm hosting a bridal shower for my darling niece, we're having Taco Salad as the main course.  I use these recipes:  Mel's Taco MeatSlowcooker Refried BeansTortilla bowls,
Chopped lettuce, Wholly Guacamole, Gregory's Ranch Dressing, and Homemade Salsa
