Monday:  Spaghetti with Meaty Marinara Sauce, Kale Waldorf Salad and Fruit Smoothie
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Chile Verde with Corn Tortillas and garnish
Wednesday:  Basil Pesto Salmon with Cauliflower Rice,  Apple Cinnamon Muffins and Spinach Salad
Thursday:  Lettuce Wraps and Spring Rolls
Friday:  Tuna Melts with soup
Saturday:  Mom's Night Off :)
Sunday:  We're going to visit my dad's grave with our family, each of us are bringing a picnic.  Here's what I'm planning:  Cornflake Chicken Bites with dipping sauce, Deviled Eggs , Carrots and Celery, Baked Beans and Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Paris....Italy....Dreamy!  Judson and I just returned from a dreamy vacation to Europe.  I left my heart in Lucca, Italy.  LOVE. THAT. PLACE!
