Part of what makes the holidays special is the food.  Here is what I'm planning to make over the next several days:
-On Christmas Day I always have Rhodes Rolls, with several types of meats and cheese and then appetizer type foods:

Creamy Green Chile Queso with Tortilla Chips
Veggie Tray with Ranch Dressing
Magnificent Cheese Ball (my favorite) with Trader Joe's Crackers
Best Ever Deviled Eggs
Apples and Nutella dip
Crab and Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce
Pear Pomegranate Spinach Salad
Cowboy Caviar

Christmas Breakfast:
Savory Breakfast Rolls (from macheesmo.com)
Fresh Fruit
Simply Apple and Orange Juice
Cowboy Caviar
