Usually, if the recipe doesn't call for cream of something soup, I figure it is too complex. But, this one actually looks like something I could handle. Believe it or not, my kids like salmon - a lot - so I'm going to have to try this. Thanks!
Looks great! We have a whole bunch of salmon filets in our freezer so I'll have to try it out (minus the pressed apple juice...I'm not that fancy!). :)

We have fish at least every other week. Usually Salmon. I'll have to try something other then my lemon pepper seasoning.
