Here's my menu for the week:
Monday:  Turkey Burgers, Chips and Salsa, Vegetable Tray
Tuesday:  Spicy Sweet and Sour Grilled Chicken with Really Simple Rice and Asian Chopped Salad
Wednesday:  Bok Choy Salad with Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and Egg Rolls
Thursday:  Lacrosse Banquet
Friday:  Mom's Night Off :)
Saturday:  Tacos Supreme with Apricot Smoothie
Sunday:  Family Dinner
