I'm helping with a course my husband is teaching this weekend.  I'm going easy style for lunch (ordering from a local bistro), but I'm going to conquer the breakfasts myself.  I'm putting this on my blog so I remember for next time.  Here is what I'm doing:

Friday Breakfast:  Breakfast Burritos including:  Tortillas (of course), scrambled eggs, onion/pepper mixture, pico de gallo, diced avocados, bacon and/or sausage, cheese, sour cream and hashbrowns with sliced fruit

Friday Lunch:  Ordered from Plates and Palates
Pear and Pecan Salad
Lemon Tarragon Pasta Salad
Assortment of ham, roast beef, turkey and vegetarian sandwiches
Heath Brownies
White Chocolate Orange Cheesecake Bars

Saturday Breakfast:  Raspberry Cinnamon French Toast and one Apple Cinnamon with Raspberry and Maple Syrup, Bacon and/or Sausage, Boiled Eggs and Sliced Fruit  THIS RECIPE WAS PERFECT FOR SERVING GUESTS!  IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS.  I HAD SEVERAL COMMENTS ON IT.  I USED GREAT HARVEST CINNABURST BREAD.

Saturday Lunch:  Ordered from Plates and Palates
Mango Avocado Chicken Pasta
Strawberry Chicken Green Salad
4 Quarts Corn Chowder
4 Quarts Creamy Cauliflower with Sage and Parmesan Soup
Baci Rolls with Butter
Carrot Cake
Coconut Cake
