I'm looking forward to hosting a Mother's Day brunch for my mom and siblings.  Our tradition is for us siblings to take my mom to a restaurant for brunch a few days before mother's day, but since Covid-19 restrictions make that a bit tricky this year, I'm going to host!  And I really do love to host a fun party.  So, here's my Mother's Day brunch menu:

Chia Pudding with Berry Compote
Quiche Lorraine
Si's Jicama Orange and Mixed Greens Salad
Sweet Bread of some sort
Honey Lime Fruit Salad
Small Charcuterie Board
Apple and Grape Juice
