Tuesday:  Bowties with Sausage, Tomato and Cream Sauce with Roasted Beet, Pine nut and Goat Cheese Salad
Wednesday: Spicy Thai Basil Chicken over Rice with  Roasted Cabbage with Almond Sesame Sauce
Thursday:  Slow Cooker Chicken Verde with Quesadillas
Friday:  Mom's Night Off :)
Saturday:  Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Soup
Sunday:  Extended Family Dinner
