Spring lacrosse season is here! I love having two boys on the high school team. I'm working the scoring table at most of the games this year so get ready for loads of crockpot and simple meals.
Monday: Chicken Sausage and Pepper Sandwiches with Sweet Potato Fries
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Greek Gyros with Hummus and Sliced Veggies
Wednesday: Ham Fried Rice with Baked Teriyaki Chicken and Mixed Asian Salad with Macadamia Nuts
Thursday: Spaghetti Squash and Meatballs (in the crockpot) with Breadsticks and Italian Green Salad
Friday: Mom's Night Off :)
Saturday: Breakfast for dinner--Pancakes, eggs and bacon (Coconut Flour Pancakes)
Sunday: Grilled BBQ Chicken, Twice Baked Potatoes, Sweet Dinner Rolls and Green Salad
