I'm so grateful for my many blessings!  
Here's my menu for the week:
Monday:  Herbes de Province Pork with Carrots, Crisped Hashbrowns and Sauteed Green Beans
Wednesday:  Baked Egg Boats with Fresh Fruit and Spinach Salad
Thursday:  Chicken Cordon Bleu with Rice Pilaf and Brussel Sprouts
Friday:  Mom's Night off :)
Saturday:  Leftovers from Judson's seminar
