Our annual white elephant Christmas party last night was some crazy, good fun!  And from the sound of things, people have already started planning for next year.  I love it when my house is filled with good friends!

Here's our menu for this week:
Monday:  Homemade Pizza, Green Salad and Apricot Smoothie
Tuesday:  BBQ Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Green Peas and Fruit
Wednesday:  Chicken Cordon Bleu, Brown Rice Pilaf, and Spinach Salad
Thursday:  Landon's Birthday dinner, looks like we're headed to Carl's Jr. (yikes!)
Friday:  Tuna Melts, Chips and Carrots
Saturday:  Mom's Night Off! :)
Sunday:  Family Fiesta!
