Monday: Grilled Chicken Caprese with Balsamic Sauce, One Pot Pasta, Artisan Bread (for dipping in the yummy sauce!), Big Italian Salad
Tuesday: Honey Lime Enchiladas, Southwest Salad, and Fresh Fruit
Wednesday: Salisbury Steak with mashed potatoes, oven roasted brussell sprouts and rolls
Thursday: Brooks cooks--Tomato soup and open-face tuna melts :)
Friday: Mom's Night Off :)
Saturday: Spaghetti and Meatballs with Green salad and Cheese Toast
Sunday: Bacon Mushroom Honey Dijon Chicken with Simple Green Salad and Twice Baked Potatoes
