It was a beautiful Easter weekend!  I'm so grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ, his birth, life, death and resurrection.  Because of him I look forward with joy to an eternity with my family!

Here's my menu for today:
Monday:  Porcupine Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes, Rolls and Sauteed Green Beans
Tuesday:  Fish Tacos with Cilantro Lime Rice and Fresh Fruit
Wednesday:  Brooks' Birthday!  He chose Rodizio Grill for his birthday dinner.
Thursday:  BBQ--We're feeding the BHS Lacrosse team tonight.
Friday:  Mom's Night Off :)
Saturday:  Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Soup
Sunday:  Wall Family Dinner
